I have recently completed a three-year course at Manchester Metropolitan University studying BA (HONS) Social Care, and achieved an overall grade of 2:2. Along with The Social Care Values Award and being a LAC ambassador.  I have an outgoing and confident personality with very good communication skills, I am very good at time keeping, completing what is asked me and using my own initiative as well as working in a team. I have the passion and the drive to help young people leaving care achieve their full potential, as I have been a care leaver myself and feel that I can relate to the role through my own personal experiences. I have been in the local paper as I was nominated for the Greater Manchester Care Leavers Award in October 2013 which brought to light the determination I had to complete my studies while dealing with difficult situations in my personal life.

**There are gaps in employment and the reason for this, is I have taken them out as they are non
relevant to the role.**
